We have identified an active incident impacting CentralFlex Portals login. Customers may experience slow logins or intermittent failures when signing in.

Our investigation indicates the disruption is related to instability in an upstream third-party dependency used during our authentication flow. Our engineering team is monitoring the upstream service and implementing mitigations to restore normal login performance.
